At ALLOVIDA, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We ship within the contiguous United States only, using trusted USPS services via our fulfilment partner.
Your total delivery time has two stages: fulfilment (preparing your order) and transit (shipping). Both are detailed below.
The wide range exists because fulfilment time varies. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and can follow your package in real time.
Before your order ships, it needs to be picked, packed, and dispatched by our fulfilment partner. This takes 1–5 business days from the moment your order is accepted.
The fulfilment clock starts when your order status changes to "Accepted". For the first 2 hours after placing your order, the status will show as "New".
Once an order is in fulfilment, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

- Up to 0.5 lbs — $4.50
- 0.5–0.75 lbs — $5.50
- 0.75–1 lb — $6.50
- 1–2 lbs — $8.00
- 2–3 lbs — $10.00
- Each additional lb — +$1.00
- Up to 0.75 lbs — $9.00
- 0.75–1 lb — $9.00
- 1–2 lbs — $11.00
- 2–3 lbs — $13.00
- Each additional lb — +$2.00
- We ship to the contiguous United States only.
- We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
- P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Express (USPS Priority) shipping.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can use this to follow your package at usps.com or through the USPS mobile app.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@allovida.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. ALLOVIDA is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipment fees may apply.
