Shipping Policy (United States Only)

At ALLOVIDA, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We ship within the contiguous United States only, using trusted USPS services via our fulfilment partner.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Your total delivery time has two stages: fulfilment (preparing your order) and transit (shipping). Both are detailed below.

As a general guide:

  • Regular shipping: 3–9 business days total
  • Express shipping: 2–8 business days total

The wide range exists because fulfilment time varies. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and can follow your package in real time.

Stage 1: Order Fulfilment

Before your order ships, it needs to be picked, packed, and dispatched by our fulfilment partner. This takes 1–5 business days from the moment your order is accepted.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM MT are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM MT begin processing the next business day.
  • We do not fulfil or ship on weekends or federal holidays.
  • Large orders exceeding 200 items may require up to 10 business days to fulfil.

The fulfilment clock starts when your order status changes to "Accepted". For the first 2 hours after placing your order, the status will show as "New".

Once an order is in fulfilment, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Stage 2: Shipping & Transit

Once your order has been handed to USPS, estimated transit times are:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (Regular) — 2–4 business day
  • USPS Priority (Express) — 1–3 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. ALLOVIDA is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and are displayed at checkout.

Regular Shipping — USPS Ground Advantage (2–4 business days transit):

-       Up to 0.5 lbs — $4.50

-       0.5–0.75 lbs — $5.50

-       0.75–1 lb — $6.50

-       1–2 lbs — $8.00

-       2–3 lbs — $10.00

-       Each additional lb — +$1.00

Express Shipping — USPS Priority (1–3 business days transit):

-       Up to 0.75 lbs — $9.00

-       0.75–1 lb — $9.00

-       1–2 lbs — $11.00

-       2–3 lbs — $13.00

-       Each additional lb — +$2.00

Shipping Restrictions

-       We ship to the contiguous United States only.

-       We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

-       P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Express (USPS Priority) shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can use this to follow your package at usps.com or through the USPS mobile app.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@allovida.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. ALLOVIDA is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipment fees may apply.
